Of course you can always boot into Windows again by holding down the Option key when your Mac is starting up and then just select the Windows disk. It took a series of steps to get the Bootcamp partition boot entry back into the MBR and so I decided to document the procedure. I recently installed the latest copy of Mac OS X and lost the Bootcamp Windows partition boot entry from the MBR (Master Boot Record).
